She began studying divination in her early twenties, apprenticing through many traditions — Thai astrology, Rider-Waite, Marseille, Spanish naipe cards, and ancient spiritual practices.

At 38, in a second-hand bookshop in Paris, she discovered Grand Etteilla — the deck Jean-Baptiste Alliette designed in 1789 specifically for divination, not a playing deck later adapted to it.

The precision and hidden resonance of this deck led her to set aside every other system and devote herself to reading, interpreting, and speaking Etteilla's symbolic language directly.
