1. Information We Collect

When you use the free reading, we collect no personally identifying information. The cards drawn and generated text are stored anonymously for quality assurance.

When you join our donation pool for a detailed reading, we collect: name (or alias), date of birth, email or LINE ID, your question, and the payment slip — so Madame can interpret the cards and reply to you personally.

2. How We Use It

• Only to interpret and deliver your personal reading back to you
• Never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties
• Never used for marketing without your explicit consent

3. Retention

Order data and uploaded slips are stored in encrypted Cloudflare D1/R2 storage for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Only aggregate donation statistics (with no identifying fields) are retained.

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the LINE or email you used when joining the pool, including your order ID.

5. Cookies

We use cookies only for the admin session. No advertising, behavioural tracking, or analytics cookies are set.
